A special winery
A "wine" journey in the Marche hinterland
A truly unique experience that we are going to tell you about.
In the courtyard in front of the winery, you will find Marika and Pierluigi waiting for you with a genuine smile and sincere empathy.
At the top of the hill where the vineyard stands, the winds from the Sibillini Mountains meet the wind coming from the sea.
From the meeting of the continental climate and the maritime climate, the special grapes are born from which their entire production
of Verdicchio arises. The clayey soil rich in magnesium and potassium nourishes the vine.
Marika and Pierluigi explain, like in a story, the passion of their life, the processes, the techniques, the differentiated selection
of each single grape, assigning them to the various productions.
After a short walk through the vineyard, everyone sits at the table, a table prepared with warmth and sobriety.
Ready for tastings of their production, a paired tasting where younger and older wines compete:
Bianca and Marika
Martina and Deserto
All accompanied by focaccia and a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, fig and strawberry jam, honey, caramel honey
and cow's ricotta.
The tasting ends with Bolla sparkling wine made using the classic method served vertically.
